Online Return Policy

Please take note: Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is not returnable. All jewelry, accessories, and Spanx are Final Sale

Online returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging, along with the order confirmation form. Online orders may be returned via mail or in one of our brick and morter stores.

Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items in the same mannoer it was paid. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Purchases made in the store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tickets attached, along with sales receipt. 

 

Gifts & Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Gifts accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Holiday gifts purchased from Thanksgiving through December 24th may be exchanged with a gift receipt through January 2nd.

 

Taxes

Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

 

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.  Since our products are often transferred from multiple sites, orders can take up to 1-3 days to be processed. Local orders (in the Mpls/St. Paul area) typically take 1-3 business days to ship after the order has been processed. Order outside the Mpls/St. Paul metro may take 4-6 business days to shop.

 

Shipping with XPS Ship

We currently offer Priority Shipping through USPS XPS Ship. Items ship during the business week (Monday through Friday). Use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart to estimate rates for your area. We ship within the United States only.

Return Shipping

Please reference the return form on the bottom of your invoice for return instructions. If you have misplaced this form, you can email danamail@danasapparel.com. Once filled out, pack return items in original condition with tickets attached and order form. Send to:

Late Returns

Any item returned after 14 days (for online orders) and 7 days (for in store orders) from order date is not eligible for refund or store credit.

 

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction, or returned for store credit. Cash refunds over $50 will receive a company check (please allow 10 days). Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
