Kim's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 stalk of celery
Italian Dressing

Mayonaise
1 lemon
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Lightly salted cashews


Instructions

Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for at least two hours.
Grill until done and cut into cubes.
Wash and dry celery and cut into small pieces.
Combine in bowl with the juice of one lemon and mayonnaise to bind.
Season with sea salt and fresh pepper to taste.
Add cashews right before serving and save a few to sprinkle on the top.

Serves 4.
