Lamb Lollies Ingredients
2 racks of lamb cut into chops Olive oil Garlic powder
Sea
salt Fresh ground pepper Crushed rosemary
Instructions
Heat grill pan to medium high. Brush lamb chops on either
side with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt, pepper and crushed
rosemary. Grill chops about 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Serve
with mint jelly or your favorite dipping sauce.
This
makes a fun hors doeuvre or a great main course with a salad. Plan on
2 chops for an appetizer and 3 chops for dinner. Source:
