Bourbon Basted Salmon Ingredients 1-1/2
to 2 lbs of salmon filets 3 Tbl green onions,chopped
Marinade: 1/4
cup brown sugar 3 Tbl bourbon 2 Tbl soy sauce 2 Tbl oil
Instructions
Wash salmon, remove bones and place in shallow glass dish. Combine marinade
ingredients and pour over salmon. Put green onions on top of salmon and marinate
in refrigerator for 1 hour. Prepare BBQ grill. Place salmon on grill, flesh
side down and sear. (About 2 minutes) Turn salmon to skin side down and place
on foil. Foil should not be directly above coals. Baste with marinade, cover
grill. Cook about 12 to 15 minutes. Do not over cook. Time depends on fire.
