Popovers Ingredients
1-1/4 cups milk 1-1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 jumbo eggs or 4 extra
large eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Generously grease popover cups with butter.. Pour
milk into medium size bowl and add flour and salt. Whisk until blended. Do
not over beat. Add 1 egg at a time, whisking each egg until completely blended. Pour
batter into cups, filling three-fourths full. Do not scrape bowl. Bake for
20 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 325 and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes until
golden brown. We Loved these as kids-still do! Serve with butter and honey.
Makes
