Kim's Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
3 slices of bread, torn into pieces or 1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg 1 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2
cup catsup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Beat egg slightly.
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly
with your hands.
Spread in an un-greased loaf pan.
Bake uncovered in 350
degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Servings Serves
3 to 4.
