Guacamole
Ingredients
3 avocados, halved, pit removed and spooned out
of the shell
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic, minced or run through a garlic press
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mash avocadoes, lime juice and garlic in a glass
bowl with a fork.
Stir in cilantro and tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until
serving. Press plastic wrap onto the guacamole so it doesn 't discolor.
I had some ripe avocadoes sitting around and made this up one night,.
You could also add red or green onions if you wish.
